What we collect

When you send a request: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, the site address and the task details and attachments you choose to send. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep a record of our correspondence (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you tick the box for occasional updates, we email you about our services on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with one click or by email; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, unless work starts; then for as long as the contract and accounting rules require.

Who processes it for us

Our hosting provider, our email and automation tools (including Brevo for email delivery), all under data-processing agreements. We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
