We publish plan prices and starting prices for the most common jobs. For anything else, tell us what you need and you get a fixed written price before we start.

The price depends on the number of workstations, the computers your people work on. Remote help in business hours has no hour counter. A plan has no minimum term.

Book an office IT check first. One visit shows how we work, and the report stays with you. If you choose a care plan within 30 days, the PLN 850 comes off your first month.
For businesses without a plan: time bought in advance, cheaper than single jobs.

Projects, office moves and bigger changes.
The fixed price covers the agreed scope. Anything beyond it is a separate line you see before you accept the quote.
A desktop or laptop one person works on, with their account, email on their phone and printer access. Printers, phones and Wi-Fi points aren’t separate workstations.
Remote help in business hours isn’t counted in hours. If an office needs about twice the help its plan assumes for two months running, we suggest the right plan. Nothing is charged retroactively.
Monitoring runs automatically around the clock and records every problem: a disk, a backup, the internet link. People respond Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, starting with anything monitoring flagged overnight.
Yes. Response time depends on the plan and is written into the contract: from the same business day on Opieka Start to within 1 business hour on Opieka Plus. Response means we have started work, not that the fault is already fixed. We don’t offer 24/7 support.
A plan has no minimum term. You end it with one month’s notice, and we hand the documentation and access to you or your new provider.
Yes, for the quoted scope. If we find something outside it, we stop and ask; extra work only with your approval.
The local AI check is PLN 850 net and is credited against the install. A desk-side install starts at PLN 3,600, scheduled AI tasks from PLN 1,300 per task, and AI Care is PLN 790 a month (PLN 490 with a care plan). You buy the hardware in your company’s name.
Yes. Every price is net, plus VAT. Licences are listed separately in the quote, at cost.
