AI tasks that run on their own
The assistant answers when someone asks. Scheduled tasks do the repeat work without anyone asking, on the same machine, and your documents stay in the office.
Every task starts as a one-page spec: what starts it, what it reads, what it produces and who approves. Tasks use the model on your machine. A cloud model is used only if you choose it for a task, in writing.

What a start costs
Example: a 12-person law office with one desk-side machine and a morning inbox digest. Check (credited), install, staff session and one task: PLN 6,200 net, plus the hardware bought in the firm’s name. All prices net, plus VAT.
How it runs

- 02You order the hardware in your company’s name; we check the delivery.
- 03Install day: set up, documents connected with the agreed access rules, tested with two accounts.
- 04Staff session, handover pack and your first scheduled tasks. AI Care from the next month, if you want it.

How it’s priced
Start with a Local AI check at a fixed price, credited against the install. Installs and scheduled tasks are quoted in writing. You buy the hardware in your name, and we quote it separately with a date, because AI hardware prices change quickly. AI Care is a fixed monthly fee.

Questions
Does it work in Polish?
Yes. We choose a model that handles Polish well, for example Bielik, the open Polish model, and show it on your own sample documents before you buy anything.
Is it as good as ChatGPT?
Not at everything. It is good at drafting, summarising and finding things in your files. You see the real thing during the check, so there are no surprises.
Which tasks can run on a schedule?
Anything that repeats and follows rules: a morning digest of the shared inbox, invoices and orders read from PDFs into a spreadsheet, scans renamed and filed, meeting recordings written up, a weekly summary from your systems, reminders about expiring contracts. Every task gets a one-page spec before we build it.
Can the AI send emails or change things on its own?
Only what you approve in the task’s spec. By default it drafts and a person sends. Nothing leaves the company, and no payment is made, without a person approving it.
Can staff use it from home?
Only through your company VPN, if you have one. It is never open to the internet.
What happens if we stop?
It’s your machine. We remove our access and hand everything over. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
Does this cover the AI Act?
We don’t give legal advice. The AI Act expects companies that use AI to support their staff’s AI skills, and the staff session is one practical step. Your lawyer confirms the rest.
