One visit to your office and a short talk with you. We list the computers, printers, network and accounts, check that the backups really work, and hand you a list of risks ranked by severity, in plain language. No commitment: the report stays with you even if we don’t work together afterwards.

What’s included

DevicesComputers, printers, the router, switches and Wi-Fi points listed and photographed, with age and warranty status where we can find them.
Network and internetWhere the router is, who can log in to it, how staff and guest Wi-Fi work, and whether the network cupboard is labelled.
Accounts and licencesMicrosoft 365 or Google Workspace: who has an account, who is an admin, and whether two-step sign-in is on.
BackupsWhether a backup exists, where it is and whether a file can be restored from it. We do one test restore.
SecurityUpdates, antivirus, passwords, and the accounts of people who no longer work for you.
Risk listWhat could stop the business, what to fix first and roughly what it costs.

How it runs

  1. 01We agree a date and ask a few questions about the office.
  2. 02We come for one visit, usually up to two hours.
  3. 03We go through accounts and backups with you.
  4. 04Within two business days you get the report, and we talk it through in a short call.

What we need from you

  • Someone in the office who lets us in and answers a few questions
  • Access to the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin account for the check, if you have one
  • About 30 minutes of your time for the talk

How it’s priced

A fixed price for one visit and the report. Travel within Kraków is included; up to 40 km from Kraków we add a fixed travel fee. If you choose a care plan within 30 days, the PLN 850 comes off your first month.

Questions

Do I have to sign a contract afterwards?

No. The report is yours to do what you like with, including handing it to another company.

Do you change anything during the check?

Not without your approval. The check is for looking and writing down. We make small, obvious fixes only if you ask.

How long does it take?

The visit usually fits in two hours for an office of up to 20 people. You get the report within two business days.

What if the office is bigger?

Above about 25 workstations, or with several sites, we give you a price before the visit.
