ABOUT
A small business for small businesses.
ByteHelp is IT support for small businesses and offices in Kraków, run by an IT engineer with a background in production infrastructure and data centers. Its sister brand ByteHands does data center and server room work.
Why ByteHelp exists
Small businesses are too small for an IT department and too big for IT to be the job of one person who is “good with computers”. When something stops working, they are left with the internet provider’s helpline or an expensive firm where someone different calls every time.
In large infrastructure, every change is written down, every backup is tested and every access has an owner. There’s no reason a small office should get less.
Hence ByteHelp: a dedicated engineer who knows your office, a team that can cover for them, a fixed price, plain language and documentation that stays with you.
ByteHelp is run by IT engineers in Kraków with a background in production infrastructure and data centers. The same habits, changes written down, backups tested and every access with an owner, come to small offices, in plain language.

GOOD QUESTIONS
What you’d ask a small company
What we are not
- Not a call centre: you talk to an engineer who knows your office, not a ticket queue.
- Not a computer shop: you buy equipment in your company’s name.
- Not 24/7 support: monitoring runs around the clock, and people respond Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00.
